Content Moderation and the Global Majority – how has this evolved over the past decade? How can organizations like the Oversight Board work with people in the global majority to ensure digital platforms treat users fairly? After 2.5 years, the Board has looked at some of the hardest content moderation problems including armed conflict, civil unrest, a global pandemic, and political transitions beyond elections. There is still much to understand about addressing these challenges in different parts of the world.
