Knowledge-building has been a key step for groups to engage stakeholders and create a broader base of allies for the digital rights advocacy. It has been an ongoing effort for digital rights advocates for years, and a lot of changes and adjustments needed to happen since. This panel will aim to reflect on learnings, challenges, and paths forward for the region when it comes to building knowledge on digital rights in the Asia-Pacific.
