Tech winter made headlines in 2022. Unexpectedly, Meta, Twitter, and Google announced mass job cuts. This session will discuss the layoff era of big tech that would impede the company’s ability to moderate hateful and other problematic content, especially during election. The session will also discuss concrete strategies and actions for follow up, in terms of engagement with platforms.
