In the Anthropocene era we are dealing with a number of crises as we navigate transformative changes, from technology and politics to health and climate. As digital rights professionals, pushing for change everyday can be emotionally stressful and energy draining. Without fresh ideas, frameworks, and institutions, our probable future(s) looks bleak.

In this talk I will share how principles and practices from ancient Asian philosophies such as Daoism, Advaita/Vedanta, and Buddhism can help us improve our mental health and open our minds to imagine radical future(s) that are more Play.
